|Shipping is based on the Weight of the Order. We ship via insured USPS Priority and Express Mail. Alternative methods may be available for larger orders.|

Tuesday - Thursday 8am to 5pm
Friday - 8am to Noon
Days listed in shopping cart for each shipping method are transit times for the Post Office to deliver the package. This is "in addition to" our processing time. Orders are processed "First In, First Out" except for an occasional "Rush Order".
While our goal is to ship Everything Possible within 72 hours (excludes weekends and Holidays), our order processing times vary depending on our current order volume: If time is an issue, let us know and we'll see what we can do!
Regardless of the method shipped, we can not initiate an inquiry for a lost package until a minimum of 45 days has passed.
It was already impossible to create a shipping calculator to allow for All the possible class, weight, dimension and box variations! So, now, more so than ever, we are adjusting shipping charges after we pack the order to make use of all the variations.
Note: Increased security measures by our credit card processor require improved tracking of order deliveries. Therefore, Signature is required for delivery of Domestic orders over $200.
Minimum Order is $100.
All prices listed are in US Dollars. Buyer responsible for any and all customs, duty, tariff & tax fees.

We accept Credit Cards, Money Orders (US Only), Paypal, and Bank Wire Transfer.
First time buyers -- Please Note: for security reasons, we must ship to confirmed payment owner and address.
You do Not have to open a PayPal Account to use PayPal. They will process a credit/debit card payment like any normal credit card processor.
If you choose Money Order or Cashiers Check, you will be sent an email of your Order Invoice that we ask you to Print out and mail in with your payment.

Special Note: Please, double check your Address! Orders returned to us as "Undeliverable" will be charged a 40% handling fee and we will not be responsible for orders you had us send to the "Wrong Address". Also any order returned to us "Refused" will be charged the handling fee as well.

In a recent phone conversation with one of Our Vendors
about an order I placed with them 3 days ago, they advised
me that they "thought it had shipped but couldn't say for
sure" and were unconcerned because I "will know for sure
when it arrives in a couple days".....
I was stunned and amazed...
What kind of stupid accounting do they use that they
don't know if an order has been processed - or shipped?...
and don't even get me started about their lack of interest
in their customers!
Everyone at Premium Minerals works very hard to get your
order processed as quickly and efficiently as possible: we're
human - we can make a mistake from time to time - but we
will fix it!
We do not have a big "Call Center" with a bunch of people
who have never even Seen the Products blindly answering phones.
And, we can't even hear the phone over the machines most of
time... relying heavily on email. This may sound impersonal
but I can assure you it is NOT! It is merely efficient:
instead of taking notes about a phone conversation - hoping
we recorded all the right information; we can simply look at
Our Customers are Real People to us...Not just Account
or Invoice Numbers! And, since you are Real, we
care what you think: If you have a question, we will do our
best to get it answered. If you have a problem, we will do
our best to get it fixed. And, if you ask about an order,
we can tell you for positive "when it shipped"!
